GABRIELLE STEINBERG
My practice is rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine- I use herbs, acupuncture, cupping and dietary modifications according to your constitution and lifestyle and I also combine other tools such as deep tissue massage, craniosacral therapy, and breathwork to ensure you are getting the best support in returning to health.
My passion is health on all levels. I have explored, studied and worked in health for many years and it is an ongoing journey of personal discovery and learning how to better be in service to others.
No two patients are alike. I believe in deeply listening to my patient to create conditions for healing, get to the core of the problem, provide treatment and tools that empower people to know their body in a deeper way and be able to keep themselves in balance.
My years of experience guide my treatment so I may best support you on your way to good health. I work with people of all ages from newborns to older adults from puberty to pregnancy to menopause, through various health challenges, recovering from injury, chronic illness and life end stages.
I work a lot with digestive health and support people to discover optimal diets for themselves and improving digestion and absorption; Other health concerns I focus on are: pain issues, anxiety and stress-related problems, perinatal, fertility and pregnancy health. I also love working with children and supporting them to thrive on all levels.
Trainings and certifications I have completed include Doctor of Chinese medicine, registered acupuncturist, Shiatsu therapy, Craniosacral therapy and visceral work, myofascial release, breathwork, Holistic Nutrition, Doula.
Personal growth studies include years of yoga and meditation, energetic medicine and Ayurvedic medicine, all of which give me deep insights and wisdom into wellness for the individual and community.
